endless loading screen, and then the game crashes

Question

Today it´s the first time this has happened at all (I already played yesterday with the new update, and I haven´t changed anything). When I load into the manage world, the savingscreen is endless, and my game crashes after a while. It also happens when I click on save while playing. It´s unplayable. Also, while playing the little time I have, my Sims are very slow in reacting, and I needed to reset them multiple times...

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

I am using mods, but even without them, this happens
PC (I thought I picked a tag already, sorry)

PS, in other new or old save files, this hasn´t happened yet. So it´s just one save (I think). This save I played with updated mods
