Endless Loading screen

Hi there, I've got almost the same issue, my game is loading non stop, I can't quit the game at all, it's since the new update.

I have no LastException files in my Sims 4 file; don't know what to do. I emptied the caches files and still nothing.

I have no CCs nor mods in my game.
