Error Code: 102:e115cdbb:8f8cf79a, help

I have been encountering the error code:  102:e115cdbb:8f8cf79a when I go to load my game. I can get to the main menu just fine but anything beyond that and I get the error code with the recommendation to relaunch game.

I don't have mods on my game or any custom content. I have uninstalled then reinstalled my games and repaired it multiple times. Nothing has worked so far. Any help would be amazing!
