Error code when loading apartment

I got the expansion pack of the city, i made my sim me to an apartment and all was going well but now whenever i want to play it says that an error ocurred and that they recommend to reset the game, i dont know whats going on but its only when i want to play in that apartment, the other neighboorhoods or houses work completely well, im really desesperate because i dont want to lose all i built in that apartment.
