error loading some households

I'm getting this exception every time I load some households. 


Error during inventory load (RuntimeError: [Zone: e93107799611539] Object ID: [eac04d313ec0009, 0x000000000002a35d] is not OBJECT, PersistenceGroup = 3 )

this has been happening since i updated from the latest patch. it does not happen when i load some households, but seems to happen every time i load specific households. 
I have removed all mods repaired the game, and cleared the game cache yet it still persists.

    have you tested if the issue is with the house or the Sims ?

    To do so, move out the family and move in a random family to see if it loads then,

    Are you using off-the-grid on any lot ? If so, remove that. It's currently broken.
