Father Winter in world - can't move him out

 

Father Winter shows unplayed, in the world - but he is not in any residence in San Myshuno!  I can't find him in any residence anywhere in my game but the picture above says he's in the world in San Myshuno.

I understand that if Father Winter is "in the world" then the option to  "ask for presents", will not appear.  

I cannot move him into the "not in world" to see if it will fix the "ask for presents" problem.   Any suggestions on how I fix this????    

oh, I have Microsft PC, no CC or MOD's, Could not find this as an actual issue in the Sims 4 Bug reports list.

    Neighborhood stories like to move him in. Just turned them off for Father winter

    crinrict   Thought I would share -  After I thought I fixed the problem , the game generated a new Father Winter I could not change.  So I just "repaired" my game and then found the orginial Father Winter in Manage Households and he again had Household configurations which I turned off.  Then, in calender I chose Father Winter to come, when he arrived, the one I didn't like, I was able to add him to the household, delete him in Manage households, and now I have my orginal Father Winter, in picture above!  Thank you again for your help.  😂
