Feedback on Likes and Dislikes of Premade Sims

I haven't played the career yet, but I suspected this, since most features in the sims are random. I guess one good argument for it is to enhance flexibility for the player, and add the element of surprise and therefore replayability. I myself do not like not to have control and for the world to be illogical like that though, so I plan to give all my sims in all my worlds Likes /Dislikes before I play the career, but I think I would click Me Too on a bug report made on this anyway.
