[Feedback] Sims prefer talking even he/she has high social motive

Before GF update:

Other nonplayed sim who have high social motive don't talk to me.

After GF update:

Other nonplayed sim who have high social motive prefer talk to my sim.

GF clearly broke social interaction. Sims who have 90%+ social motive should STOP talking _automatically_.

"Idle_Chatting_STC" interaction need some priority check.

    (prefer~)

    Scan nearby, and,

    1. Talk to lover/spouse

    2. Talk to good friend

    3. Talk to friend

    4. No nearby friend+ sim

4a. If motive.social > 90%, just STFU and do else thing.

4b. motive is low, then, talk to aquaintance.

    (~less)

Pardon my ignorance in this matter, but are you coding in or referring to code that is specific to the particular sim(s)' interaction(s)? I haven't analyzed the interactions or social tendencies of a particular sim in quite this manner before, but what you are describing, a possible adjustment to a sim having " motive.social > 90% " (which I interpret as a social motivation that is greater than 90%) would seem to be an adjustment that is meant to produce more of an expected result? If a sim had a social motivation over 90%, to me I would assume they would be chatty to anyone who is not seriously on their bad side. Is it possible that this was expected and not happening and they adjusted the code to make it happen as expected for very social sims? As I said, I am stepping into your comment not having dealt with this aspect (I tend to play mostly nice/social sims that are not super 'socialite' oriented - they spend most of the time I play them at home, working or running their businesses and interacting socially there.) With that in mind, could you possibly clarify a bit more for me? Thank you!
