'For Rent' and 'Dine out' still broken?

I'm still experiencing some bugs with 'Dine Out', but nothing I haven’t learned to live with by now.

As for 'Rent Out', I’m actually starting to receive payments when I have tenants in my properties, which is great. However, I’ve noticed that they sometimes move out even though their lease hasn’t ended yet. 🙂

Dine out still has a few problems but I've only noticed them when visiting the EA pre built restaurant that comes with the pack, it's a big venue and by default it only has one chef and one stove, one or two waiters and one host so waiting times there are atrocious but you can add staff and whatnot to make it better in build mode. Can't say I've had that many issues with restaurants I've built myself, whether my sim owns it and lives above it or just ones I've built to dot about the world's. My advice would be two stoves and two chefs that aren't elders, that definitely makes waiting times faster and have a separate door for your staff into the resturant that's locked to everyone else, I found this helped with the staffs routing and when they kept spawning in and just stood outside and never went into the restaurant (I think they have since patched that out but I'm not not 100% sure) it is a fun pack and one I've enjoyed using, it's nice to take your sims out to dinner, and building restaurants, whether you own them or not, is a lot of fun, the running a restaurant side of things is pretty fun and interesting gameplay too 😃
