For Rent: Lot details are empty

In Sims 4 For Rent: As a landlord, my residential rental shows no details – no bedroom, bathroom or unit dimensions. The star rating is stuck at zero.

I have tried to troubleshoot and nothing works:

1. Repair the Game
2. I have no Mods or Custom Content that I'm aware of. 
3. Clear Cache – I cannot locate any file close to “localthumbcache.package” on my hard drive, let alone my Sims 4 folder
4. Update the Game – My game appears to be up to date
5. Try a New Save – I have started and restarted several times, I created a new game, I loaded a previous game, I edited existing lots, I created new lots
6. Contact EA Support – It is impossible to contact EA support! Everything with the website just loops me back around and never gets me to a solution. I'm not sure I can really complain as this is the first issue I've had no issues since I've been playing sims and that goes back to the original game when it was very first released.
