Gallery stops working frequently

The main problem is, that after creating like 3 or 4 family, the gallery stops working. It doesn't open up. I can still save the game and after restarting the game I can again create 3 or 4 families and the same thing happens.

The issue is probably somehow connected to the fact, that after closing the game after the gallery stops working, there is a scratch file in saves. The issue also creates lastexception and lastUIexception, but the error is unknown. I´ve attached both to this report. There is no error that would come up code in-game.

I dont currently use mods or CC. I have repaired the game, uninstalled and re-installed the game several times but the issue remains. I have also deleted all old folders from my computer, trash can and cloud.

    please upload the exceptions to a third party site and post the link. You can't upload them here.

    Could you also describe what exactly happens ? Do you get no gallery window at all or an empty one ?

    The gallery is still dysfunctional.

    load the game in online mode to access the gallery, open the gallery, it is very slow to search and then shows very few selections before it decides, that's all there is to see.

    This has also happened to me. It will not load anything and says people I follow have "0 followers" even though I know they don't. I have repaired the game multiple times, and removed the localthumbcache.package, and removed the tray files. I don't play with mods or cc.

    Hey Crinrict!

    I already deleted the exceptions BUT I accidentally seemed to fix the problem. The gallery is still not the way it was, I'm still having the same problems as shown below by other commenters. The gallery search is broken, it shows very little results or none at times and search filters stop working, so it does not for example show "most popular" results at all.

    But my main problem, the gallery not working altogether, had probably something to do with onedrive.  I found some old folders in program files that had synced up into onedrive and when I cleaned up those files, the gallery stopped spawning lastexceptions. 

    But thanks for your help, if there are future problems, I will remember to use third party sites for lastexceptions!
