Game Crashes in build mode

I play with all packs and kits. No cc and no mods. On a 2023 ASUS Tuf Gaming F15. There is nothing on my computer but the Sims 4. 
Every time I start a new save I put my Museum in Newcrest. It has paint from reference paintings created by my Sims and the Jungle Adventure treasures dug up by my Sims. For many, many saves it has never been a problem until recently when I try to place it my game crashes. Can someone please help me stop this from happening?
