Game crashes when travelling or exiting Cas (with or without mods) (Sims 4)

My game has been doing this for months now. I just save before traveling and entering CAS and then reboot the game when it crashes. I tried to play in a save without mods, and it was okay for a while and then crashed when I exited CAS. It also stops for awhile if I do the "recover save" thing but then comes back. I don't know what to do 😭 Im pretty sure I had this before and had to delete some files and it worked again but it's back now. (I've already tried repairing files multiple times). Have I just managed to completely break my game? 😀 😀
