@SYDGIRLROCKS This can have both game causes and mod causes. First, let's rule out the obvious more fully: Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
If it's not that, we can look at what else might be happening.

So I did take out my mods completely and the problems still there! I also deleted the localthumbchache. I saw a lot of people saying for rent was breaking their game and I just wanted to say that I don’t have it so that’s definitely not the problem. I’m not sure what’s causing it 🥲

@SYDGIRLROCKS Okay. Good to hear you also deleted localthumbcache! You need to do that anytime you delete a mod or replace one, or when you test without mods. A test that doesn't include deleting localthumbcache really isn't one.
Since it's happening without mods, please head here next: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Issues/MASTER-THREAD-Crashing-and-Endless-Loading/m-p/13328880#M1
