Game crashing
Removed all mods, reinstalled the game, started with fresh Sims 4 files as guidance suggested, totally disallowed mods through the settings and even set back my driver but I am still crashing to desk...

Did you update the game with mods folder in? Because if you do that can damage the saves/ game as a whole too. Even after you then remove them, actually some saves can be harmed because the mods are removed. That's why it's advised to take the whole folder out before updating and make back ups of everything. Mods can wreck your game.
DarkSimzzz , this is happening with entirely fresh savefiles with mods I am sure have been updated or confirmed to be working. I have left my old saves untouched due to not updated mods, so sadly I think it couldn’t of been caused by this issue.

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
