That shows the milestone issue. You might be able to fix that yourself.

Put this mod in: https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-milestone-81237568 (File 2: CC/Mod Object Fix)

Make sure you have script mods enabled, start the game, see if the family loads. If it does, save the game under a new name and remove the mod again. You'll no longer need it.
