Game errors since downloading Lovestruck

After I got the Lovestruck app I have occasionally gotten an error that forces me to restart. I have, up until a few days ago, never used mods. I tried using MC Command center in order to prevent random townie spawning (another thing that EA should create a way to turn off). The MC Command center kept saying "LastException: matchmaking_service failed". This is an issue someone else has raised but there hasn't been a solution. I am suspecting that this issue is what has caused the crashes PRIOR to using any kind of mods. I can't seem to attach a save file to this forum. Please help with this issue EA.
