Are you playing a scenario? There is an issue that occurs whilst playing a scenario.
No, I have never played the scenario side of the sims, this is just in all my saves. I thought it was just the one but it seems to be affecting all of them.
Try updating your game with today’s latest patch and see if the issues remain.
If the issue remains, try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
