Game purchased twice??

So i purchased the current pack promo where you get an expansion pack, stuff pack, and game pack for a discount. I selected 'Growing Together' as my expansion pack - i already thought i had this but because it showed up as one of two expansions i could purchase i thought this meant i didn't have it, because why would it let me purchase it if i already had it installed? Anyway so i go through with the purchase and upon downloading the packs, it turns out i did actually already have it - so now i have purchased it twice, how does this happen? why would EA let me purchase it again if I already have it installed? The only other expansion pack i don't have is snowy escape and that is the only other expansion pack that showed up - can i swap it over to this? help? I can't even find an email or phone number to contact EA?

  • @neekhoe  This is a known issue with the EA App and Sims 4 bundles.  The only fix is to get a refund from customer support, and for that, you'll want to speak with a person in real time.  Phone support is only available in France and Germany, but live chat is offered everywhere if you pick the correct category of issue.  That can be difficult, but keep trying until you find one that works.

    One approach is to try to use the help site without signing in.  Some categories of issue allow you to continue without an active login, and those tend to offer live chat.
