So I've played the sims 4 on my PS4 since 2022. I bought 2 expansion packs (Get Famous and City Living). I recently bought a gaming laptop. I downloaded the sims 4 on there and accidently made a new account. The expansion packs that I brought are now gone, but they're still on my PS4. I tried many solutions to try to put my expansion packs from my PS4 on my laptop and none of them worked. Can you help me with this situation.

Sorry to tell you, but transferring games from PS4 to PC isn't going to work. Basically, it comes down to data format - PS4 uses different forms of date than PC does, so therefore the two are incompatible. All of your packs are still on your ps4 account - you'll just have to buy them on the pc format.
