Since the latest update, my sims have not been completing tasks I assign them. Time goes by normally, but they just stand there. At first I thought it was a weird interaction with pets only, because my sim couldn't perform tasks with her pet dog involved. But then it happened when I had her try to do other things like interact with the easel. I also cannot drag items to trash or sink, as others have stated.

- Are you using any mods/cc in your game and if so, did you test without them ?
I am not using any mods or cc. My sim did complete tasks between now and when I created this initial thread, it is just bit laggy and a little buggy. My dog (on a leash) walked through an exterior wall to arrive at a spot in the house that the sim was going to go to, but didn't, after I canceled the task. Many interactions to and with my pet have been degraded. I still can't drag to trash or sink, either.
That's exactly how my game is acting. It was fine last night and then today my Sims cannot interact with pets. Then they couldn't move and were stuck in place. Pets are often stuck in place. Sims can sometimes do tasks if they are not involving other Sims or pets, but that is very hit and miss. The NPC characters in town are also stuck. I have updated the EA app, repaired it, exited the games several times, and restarted the computer. I do not have mods nor CC. Thank you so much for posting this! I hope there is answer soon.
