Granite Falls Lots Not Showing Up

I bought the Outdoor Retreat Pack today. When I went to send my sims on vacation, the lots in Granite falls wouldn't show up. I disabled mods, repaired my game, and then removed my mod folder. nothing helped. I opened up other saves I have and Granite Falls is working fine in those, it's just my current save where it's not loading. 

I'm playing on Mac, my games and mods are up to date.
