HELP Forgot Password to Origin and Email linked to my account

Hey guys so, I had a word document w my passwords on it, TLDR it got permanently deleted somehow. So now, I cant remember my complicated password to origin and the gmail also had a complicated password (due to the fact my origin got hacked almost immediately after buying sims four back in 2015/2016) so I can't log into that to change my password either. And go figure, the backup email to the gmail no longer exists due to the fact I graduated high school. Yay. So I did what Origin support told me to do over the phone and I filled out the form to try to prove the account was mine and to get it back, only to be greeted with an email 30 minutes later saying they couldn't verify it was me. Does anyone know what in the world I can do now? I do NOT want to lose my games I have every single expansion so this would be a great financial loss :/
