Help my game has been bugging

Hi sims 4,

I juts wanted to write to you to say that my game on console has been bugging out.

Firstly, my sim has paint marks all over them and I can’t remove it even if I delete my sim and re download them.

Secondly, if I change gameplay music all the way down in game option and I press confirm changes when I next re join my game the game options doesn’t save and it’s quite frustrating 

And lastly, in a recent house hold ( that is now have to be deleted) whenever I command my sim to put their toddler to sleep they say something is in the way even though there clearly isn’t 

I would really appreciate if you could help and fix my problems that I’m facing.

    This thread refers to the issue with the music preference resetting

    With the paint mark issue, it is the effect of the “Creation Impulse” ailment. If you create a cure for this on the apothecary table, the paint will be removed.
    With not being able to put the toddler to bed, try making sure that there is a lot of space around the bed. Perhaps also selling and buying a new bed may help. Also removing any radio/music items nearby may help.
