Household not loading

Hi! I'm a bit new to this so i'm sorry if i'm not too clear on what im talking about. I have been playing with this one save on the sims 4 for a while now but since two days ago I haven't been able to play them. I can enter the world and play as other sims and talk to the sims i created, but I am not able to control only my sims when i try it is just an endless loading screen. I took out all custom content and mods and it still wouldn't work. I even made completely new saved games and i can play as them and it works just fine. I have tried tutorial after tutorial trying to fix this issue but nothing works. When I try to load into that save I hear the intro music when you load in but its still a loading screen and i get last exception errors. Is there any way this can be fixed or will I have to delete that save? I swear I have tried so many things these passed couple of days but nothing works and I really didn't want to lose everything.
