@Purfectbetty You'll need to contact EA customer support for help. Sims 4 DLC isn't eligible for automatic refunds, but a support rep should be able to refund a double purchase since it shouldn't be possible to buy the same item twice at all.
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

I did and the chat said for me to contact the support which gave me no other option but to email. it's been days and I haven't heard anything. how annoying that it can happen in the first place and then it's a pain in the butt to fix. Thank you for replying. I am going to click that link and try again.
