Hi @berkgulener unfortunately it's not possible with Sims 4. But you can share Sims and Lots you've made by sharing them to the Gallery.
The mobile Sims games, Sims Freeplay and Sims Mobile both do have social options though. You can add friends on those.
Maybe it will be possible in Sims 5 though.
@berkgulener Actually, as with so many things, there’s a mod for that! If you and your friends play on computers, look up the Sims Multiplayer mod.

I've seen this mod on Curseforge, although I've not tried it. Curious to see what others think of it...
It's not something I've wanted to do and I didn't like that element in Sims Freeplay where parts of the game depended on it. But I've had a few Xbox/PS players say to me that as they play most games in groups they've stopped playing Sims 4 as they can't play it together, obviously we can't use mods. 🎮
This makes me think SIMS Online was released to far ahead of it's time in the day.
Tho' it was fun for a bit. 🙂

@simsplayer818 This is the conundrum the developers face: many people (like the ones you have spoken with) want online play and might not play the Sims4 anymore because of the lack on online play. But many, many others do not want online play, and won't play future Sims games if there is forced online play! Ideally the Sims would be flexible enough for players to make the choice if they want online play or not.
I suspect that there is a 3rd group of people out there who wouldn't mind playing online sometimes (at least with friends) , but other times would prefer to play alone! 😉
@ErykaNeko True! Sometimes timing can be everything! 😅
However, I think playing online with friends is entirely different than playing online with everyone. I wouldn't mind playing with friends sometimes, but I would hate playing the Sims with a bunch of strangers and everybody at the same time! It was actually entertaining. The ability to block out pretty much the whole world was a nice touch for control.
However, there was a lot of griefing available in the early days.
Like having a roommate who removed the whole house and left ☹️
Always a plus and minus to online games... human choices and creativity in griefing tend to be always changing.. ☹️
My only personal gripe was when it came to the child account interactions. I never felt good about kicking them from my homes simply because they were non interactable. They had to hate a room full of people they could not communicate to also :-/- PugLove8882 years agoHero (Retired)
@ErykaNeko , I am guessing the inability to communicate with child accounts was for their safety (though I can see how it could lead to hurt feelings, even though it was for the best!)
As for griefing, there always will be some trolls out there! 😖
I've only seen some YouTube videos of Sims Online. I'm glad you enjoyed playing it! 🥳 Popping back to this... I ve been thinking on the good ol' days of SIMS online.
Man, I bet the story of it's life would be a lot different if it were released now.
The sheer options and expanded things for SIMS to do and get into, school, etc is like 200% more than the S.O. had.
RIP SIMS Online. ☹️
