Thank you for the insight Mr. jpkarlsen. I have tested it and can confirm that the receptionist NPC generated from the sims who got Genius trait.
Out of the Beakers & Curious Brothers, only the Beakers have Genius trait.
And I have managed to get rid Loki Beaker from his desk job by:
1. Delete Loki
2. Go to the active workplace first & let the game assigning Circe Beaker, who also got Genius trait, to be the receptionist.
(I think it is better for Circe to be the receptionist than Loki, trying to make sense why Circe do not wear glasses in her workplace thanks to the capability of the game)
3. Then make another Loki
