@Brigittecamacho Your saves are stored locally on your computer, specifically in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves. You can just copy the contents of this folder from one computer to another; it works whether you're using macOS or Windows, and even works between them.
All of the content you create or download is stored in this folder. Aside from your saves, saved households and builds are in the Tray folder, mods and custom content are in the Mods folder, screenshots in the Screenshots folder, etc. There isn't much else that matters in that folder, so you could just copy the contents of saves and Tray and pick up where you left off.
By the way, now is a good time to make a backup of your saves folder, in case you ever need it. You can store it on an external hard drive or USB stick, or upload it to cloud storage.

@Brigittecamacho These are files and folders, not settings, and they're on your computer, not in Origin. What method do you want to use to transfer the files? You can use an external hard drive or USB stick, iCloud storage (if your old computer supports it), or a third-party filehosting site. Take your pick, and I'll explain what to do.
