I can't connect to play online

I seem to have this bug where I cannot connect online to go to the marketplace, gallery, or just in general. I'm missing the current log-in event because the connection never completes. I have tried removing and disabling my mods, clearing my cache, removing the tray folder, and more. Every other method I have found, I have tried, and all have failed. I have even tried waiting a full four hours to no avail.

On top of that, I can't repair the game from the EA app. The button it completely gone, and the only thing I can do it either 'Manage Add-Ons' or 'Play'. Please help, I have been trying for days to fix this, but it never loads. I never had an issue with this until recently.

Somehow, I managed to make it work. I'm not sure what I did. I disabled script mods and turned off mods in settings, removed all my mods, opened up the game, closed it, put my mods back in without turning them back on within the game, opened the game back up, and everything was working. I don't know what I did, but maybe doing something like that will help.

I'm on a Mac, and experiencing the same issue (can't connect online so the log-in event isn't loading). I was able to Repair my game, but it didn't fix the problem. Signing completely out of my EA account on the EA app, and logging back in has (at least temporarily) fixed the problem and I was able to claim the first reward of the Lady Bridgerton event, but it didn't register any of the previous times this past week that I've logged on.
