I can't enter Live Mode after coming back from CAS.

I'm trying to play The Sims 4. For weeks now, I haven't always been able to go into Live Mode. I've tried every single troubleshooting steps (repairing the game, clearing EA cache, restarting my pc, ...

Sorry if you can't see it. It's the blue one with the spinning plumbob and game tips.

    @XeniaFireblade are you using off the grid on the lot ? If so, remove it. There's currently a bug with it.
