I can't get to the halo table in the resistance camp even with clearance.

In Sims 4, Batuu. I have obtained clearance by being resistance level 2 but when I get to the stairs I can get my sim to go down stairs but I can not see anything. So basically because of that I can not use the holo table to do missons.

    I have a similarish problem. I can see the bunker and stuff when I go down a floor, but my sim can’t get through the door. It’s like, I’m rank 3, but the door is still locked to me. I have had to teleport my sim into the bunker every time.
