@makaylamilonna i love how so many people have this problem and it's yet to be fixed. i tried chatting with ea help and it did nothing.

@cowntessa Sorry that this is happening to you too. I don't understand why this hasn't been looked into yet. I tried just about everything. At this point I think I'll just ignore it and move on until there's a solution
