I can't see my CC in CAS and in live mode I cant see my sims or their thoughts.

Question

This is hard to explain so here is a picture to show you what I mean.

As you can see, the thumbnail to my CC is blocked off with a red X. I can't see what my CC is unless I click on it.

When I am in live mode, the same thing will happen to my sims so I can't see their faces, moods or their thoughts.

Does anybody know what this is?

@imamtheonlyqueen, we just had a couple of patches so your CC/Mods could be out of date.&nbsp; I would go back to where you got them and see if and when the creators will update the items to work with the new patches EA released to the game.&nbsp;😉

Hi&nbsp;@Kndiaye100&nbsp;&nbsp;Mainly, it'll be a cc or mod that is outdated, so there's some fixes in the spoilers below.. The first step I'd take is the Sims 4 Studio with the batch fixes (S4S not just for 'cc makers'&nbsp;😉 ) I'm sure I remember they have that as one of the 'batch 'fixes' as well..&nbsp;the thumbnails, I keep the S4S handy and always grab the new versions for the Sims Updates/packs to correspond.Spoiler (Highlight to read)&nbsp;I use 1000's of cc &amp; mods, but keep them updated regularly, and set them up in different folders to sort when an issue arises such as Sims Game Update or adding a pack. (note, my game loads in a couple of minutes)Apart from culling your folders one by one, or the&nbsp; 50/50 method, to narrow down the broken cc or mod, that is all you can do, (restarting and checking your game each time)&nbsp;you'll simply need to find the broken mod/cc it and remove it.&nbsp;&nbsp;Mods &amp; cc are well known to cause various in-game issues please&nbsp;check for updates to them / where you found them;&nbsp;do this also &gt;&nbsp;after&nbsp;any&nbsp;sims update or adding a game pack,&nbsp;&nbsp;SimsVIP also do a regular post&nbsp;for people who use cc; on which ones are broken or now updated;&nbsp;All on the one page too, and the best list.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also the EA Forums do a regular post for the broken cc.&nbsp;&nbsp;I use Sims 4 Studio for batch fixes it solves a lot of problems in bulk (but not all.)&nbsp;It's also available for Mac.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dimitry's Mod Conflict Detector at mod the sims is good too, (but only for Windows not Mac - so if you have access to one, you could copy your Mods folder and check them that way) as&nbsp;you may have accidentally downloaded some Sims 3 / 2 items is not always going to be an obvious thing.. hi Im having a problem with my game. so basically i cant see my cc and my script mods and they are enabled and even when i am in cas and go to filter content is doesn't show custom content when tho it is enabled. what is my problem and also i have tried to extract my files to but it still doesn't work
