I don't think it is possible to play the Sims 4 without Origin or the EA app even offline. Have you got a cracked version of the game?- @Gagea25 I was thinking the same ....

And why you don't go online when the popup appears? - @666_Carbide_666 Because it shows that I have to make an EA account and I need remid cookie and sid cookie for some reason

Don’t bother with a screenshot. There is no support for cracked copies of the game here.
