It really helps if you tell us what the problem is first. I think you're having trouble buying rental properties in For Rent? I don't have that pack, so I probably can't help you, but I would suggest that you start by making sure that all your mods are updated for today's patch (18 Sep 2024), or removing any that haven't been updated.
