I have no idea why I was banned.

I have tried this before and I get the same issue every time. I try to sign into The Sims 4 forums and it tells me I've been banned. (yes this is through EA)

I for the life of me do not understand why I have this ban. I used it once. I never cursed.
I didn't cheat or use a game that wasn't mine legally. I have always been respectful to those
I chat with. I'm confused. Why is this happening? And yes I'm using the only account I've
ever owned. I can get into here and onto my game just fine with my email. So ... what is going on?
Does/has anyone else encountered this?

Hi @JaideMoon,

I was actually able to track down your account on those forums, but I can't see any reason as to why you were banned so I'm going to chalk it up to a mistake on our end.

You should be able to login now, please let me know if you run into any other issues.

And @EA_Solaire, thanks for flagging this one to me 🙂

Thanks so much @EA_Cade I appreciate that you checked in on it and let me know it was an oversight. I was downright confused on what I did wrong to be banned in the first place.
I am happy to see that I will be able to go back in there again I have been with Sims since Sim City! LOL 🙂 and the 1st one I got when it was 1st released 🙂 *On my birthday!* 😉
I like checking out the forums and finding answers when I help my fellow simmers from my groups I'm in. So thanks again for your help I greatly appreciate this. 🙂
