I keep hearing pet death music constantly

I don't know what to do. Its only in this specific lot in Henford on Bagley. At first i didn't hear it but then i decided to have my sims be farmers and have livestock. Then i started to hear it even though the animals were fine and well kept. No grim came to the lot so i was confused. Then it kept happening. So i got rid of the chickens, still happened. I log off came back in, now my cow is dying even though i don't have the pet/animal aging on. Now the grim came to take my cow away even though it was just healthy and an adult not to long ago. But even after that the sound still kept happening. Yes i play with mods but my mods are up to date and this didn't start until i got the livestock on my lot. I go to other lots and none of this happens. Its specifically this lot. The lot had a fox trait on it and there was a elder fox that frequent the lot so i got rid of that trait, still happens. I did the whole repair sims thing. That didn't help. I tried erasing the lot then putting it back that didn't help either. I have tried the troubleshoot steps and i haven't seen anything like this before so please help
