I lost all of My Reaper's Rewards

If you earned the Reaper's awards items during the event, they should still be in your game.  The files are tied to your account so they should have been installed along with the rest of the game files, when you reinstalled the game.  Look in your build/buy catalog using the events filter and they should all show up.  To get them to credit to the collection panel, you'll need to place them on the floor/ground in build, go to live and then drag them into a sim's inventory.  Then you can put them on a shelf or display just like any other collectible.

Yeah, I thought that also.

But since I've had to fully reset ALL of my files regarding the sims and EA, I do not have these items in anywhere in my possession! ☹️

I do not have my old usersetting.ini file, either.

Does anybody know how I can get these items back?

Or where to / Who to contact next regarding this matter?

I also have my main game on my desktop PC, but because I was on a holiday away from my PC for the whole time that the Cozy event was running, I now have those rewards on my laptop file, but can I add them to my main account somehow?

I don't know what you mean by reset your files.  As I said earlier, the event rewards should be there on a full reinstall of the game on your computer as they are tied to your EA account, just like the game and any packs you own.  Just copying files from one computer to another will probably not add them to the 2nd computer.  I can understand that if you earned them on one computer and then go back to another computer to play again, that the event rewards will not be there.  It will probably take a full uninstall/reinstall to get them to show on the 2nd computer.  Have you done that?
