I need help to withdraw gallery reports I made on two of my own households
How it started: I wanted to remove two of my Spark'd households in my gallery. I used the workaround that was suggested in this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/OPEN-Spark-d-Upload-Unable-to-remove-a-household-from-the/m-p/10304222#M181577
Result: Instead of my households being removed from the gallery they became invisible to me but others can still see them. Here are links to the households in question, sent to me by a friend since I can't find them myself because they're invisible to me:

What I want help with: My households not being invisible to me while still being visible to others. Preferably I want the households removed from the gallery, but that doesn't seem to be possible because of them being Spark'd entries, so if they're gonna stay there I want to at least be able to see them.
Progress so far: I contacted EA Help through email. After talking with five different EA Helpers, who tried to help me with four different problems that had nothing to do with my problem (What they thought my problem was: 1. My house being invisible in live mode. 2. Not being able to connect to the gallery. 3. My household being hidden in the gallery due to my filter settings (for example custom content). 4. My game being invisible in EA app) they suggested that I go to the forums instead. Which is where I started, as you can see in "How it started" above, but alright, I'll try this then. But, tbh, I feel like EA Help should be able to just remove my reports and/or remove the households from the gallery. If you know that they can do this, could you inform me what I'm supposed to say to them for them to understand what my problem is?
