I'd like a refund for a puchase made by mistake

I want a refund!i accidentally bought the Cats &amp; Dogs expansion pack for the sims 4 in the wrong EA app account so I couldn't even use it because all of my other packs are in my Steam game, so I'd like a refund to buy it with my steam account, please. It was purchased on dic 24th so it hasn't been the 24hrs, please reply soon

The details are slightly different, but the underlying principle—you don't play Sims 4 on this account at all—is the same.&nbsp; If you haven't launched the game with this pack yet, you may still be able to get help even though it's been more than 24 hours.
