In-game Bug

Hello! 

After the recent update we got a couple days ago, I've encountered this particular bug (I tried attaching a video but it wouldn't let me), the screen freezes while playing and in loading screen while the game keeps going on in the background. Not only that, my sim has been randomly getting outfits that I haven't made.

I've also recovered the save before the incident happened just incase and the issue still goes on. I've also repaired my game, disabled mods and removed them from the mods folder. I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue. 

I'm not sure what else to do but wait for an update.
