Incorrect terrain in oasis springs.

I’m currently playing a game in Oasis Springs, and I’ve noticed that the lot I’m playing on as well as the surrounding lots are currently bright green grass. 
I removed my mods to make sure it wasn’t that.

This is in the area of Parched Prospect. I’ve not noticed it in any other neighbourhood. 
I’ve attached an image of what it looks like. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do or if it is a bug.
