Infants and Toddlers - Not going to Daycare

Question

Hey my parent is in the doctor career so i go with to do the career stuff - i noticed that when i hired a nanny i came home and she wasn't there and she doesnt help the infants/babies.&nbsp; So then i tried to just go to work and the infants stay home. they dont automatically go to daycare. does anyone know how to fix this?

As for the nanny, to be sure, no nanny ever came ? Could you try hire one earlier before your Sim goes to work and see if one shows up that way ?
