Infants and Toddlers still so buggy!

Raising a child in the sims is one of my favourite things to do, but I'm getting so frustrated with the bugs and glitches! For example, when I want my sim to do anything with their child eg. tummy time or flashcards, they just pick them up, put them down on repeat until they give up and go to do something else. Why does it take five hours just to get the kid in a high chair?! It's also sad how buggy the back carrier is, it's such a cute concept, but my sims take the infant out of the carrier immediately after putting them in. 

Is there anything I can do to prevent these issues? EA pleeaaase improve this!!

    I think reporting the bugs in the bug report section is probably the best way to help the EA team make the infants less buggy. 

    There is a bug report thread for the back carrier issue if you want to like that thread and comment, I think that section is where they are looking for bug reports.     I agree infants are super cute but they are so buggy! I rush through (and sometimes cheat) to get the milestones and then age them up to a toddler to avoid dealing with the routing issues of my sims managing an infant.
