i just installed the new update and when i go into the game it says my packs are disabled so i clicked to re enable them in marketplace and then when the app restarts it still shows deactivated. i took my mods folder out thinking that was the issue and it wasnt.

i have done that multiple times and it still won’t enable them in market place and the packs are all downloaded.
is there something else that i can try to see if it will fix the issue bc nothing is changing everything is j saying deactivated when i’ve gone into marketplace to reactivate it and have repaired the game so many times
could you please try moving the following file to the desktop: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\UserSetting(.ini). Then start the game. The file should be recreated.
will anythng happen to my save and tray files folders if i do that?
No, but to be sure you can always back up your whole user folder to a flash drive or a different place on your harddrive before doing this.

i removed the usersetting and now if i go to activate my packs in marketplace only some will adn then when i try to activate the ones that remianed deactivated it deactivated my activated ones
Which packs are those? Cuz I have somewhat the same issue except packs that are missing literally aren't showing up at all in the marketplace.
i have all of the expansion packs, games packs, and stuff packs and nothing has fixed it
