I've been having this issue too. Since an update about 4 months ago my plants are invisble and when in season the fruits float i the air. All the plants in the background appear dead, leaves with no trees etc. It seems like an update broke my Seasons pack, but as no one else seems to be having this problem i doubt they'll ever fix it. I play a lot with gardening etc so this is super annoying. It only hapens in my new save games post that update.
