Is it possible to be able to change the interest point where your sims arrive when your house is pointed the opposite direction of the arrival point. I want my sims to arrive at the front door instea...

Unfortunately I don't think so. I have some lots that are rotated, the front door is on one side of the lot but the "Front" of the lot is on another. Sims always spawn there. Plus, the screen shots in the gallery/library are from the wrong side, which just looks horrible. It's a little annoying, but there are much bigger bugs for the Devs to conquer.
** If any Devs are reading this and want to throw in the next patch the ability to set the "Front" of the lot, we'll be EXTREMELY appreciative!
