Help! I keep getting booted back to the manage worlds screen without error code

Swiped that from this link because that's my problem. I followed the steps at the top of that page and am still seeing errors, so here are more details:

• Do you have this issue with any family you try to load (use the LOAD GAME button on your main menu to load a different family)
  • Yes, I made a new family, and the game just kept returning to the Manage Worlds page/screen.
• Did you have the same issue on the new save game?
  • Yes!
