is it ok to use my sims 4 lots for my graphic novel?

I'm currently writing and illustrating a graphic novel, but I'm not very good at drawing backgrounds, especially places like schools, which appear frequently in my story. I was wondering if I could create my own school in The Sims. That way, whenever I need a panel with the school as the background, I could take a screenshot in the game and trace it. Would that be acceptable?

    @blobfishearecool  It might take some time to get an official answer.  But EA's policy is generally that if you want to use Sims 4 to tell your story, and your story is free, you're welcome to do so.  If you're trying to sell your story for money in some way, you can't use EA intellectual property or need to get permission from whatever department handles these requests.
